Terms and Conditions

Clients will be charged, for any in person or online session, where cancellations or the rescheduling of a session is not made at least 24 hours before the start of the class. This applies to all memberships and drop ins. If more than 24 hours notice is given, then a class can be rescheduled or the class credit returned to your account to use another time.

For in person classes, clients that book online, must sign in at the reception, at least 10 minutes before the class start time. Failure to do this may result in the clients not being admitted into the class or your place been given a way to the next customer.

Clients who turn up late to a class, will not be able to enter the studio and will be classed as a 'No Show'. Refunds and transfers are not available for No Show Clients.

Sessions are booked, on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Teachers occasionally change at short notice. No refunds or exchanges will be given, if there is a cover teacher and 24-hour cancellation rule still applies.

Deposits for retreats, are non-refundable and cannot be changed to another retreat, unless cancelled by Eden Hot Yoga.

If a client books a class and fails to show for their booked class, 3 times during the clients current membership / pass, their membership/pass may be suspended for 2 weeks.  You will be notified of this.

You may temporarily freeze your introductory offer, monthly pass, 10 class pass, three-month offer,  annual membership/Direct Debit memberships or any sales pass, if you are unable to practice and have been advised by a medical professional that you must not practice yoga.  You will be required to provide a medical or doctors note/certificate, which is satisfactory to us for any of the reasons stated below that you are relying on to freeze your membership. This is reviewed on a case by case basis.  You can freeze this for up to a maximum of 12 months.

  • Serious illness

  • Serious injury

  • Redundancy

  • Pregnancy

Our current unlimited online pass, only be used for the specified month, it is purchased for. This pass is for online classes only and cannot be used for 1-2-1's, in person classes, workshops or retreats.

 

All passes including drop- in's, introductory offer, returner offers, 4 week pass, 10-class pass, 12 week pass, any sales passes, or direct debit schemes are not eligible for refund or transfer.

Please be aware, that we will not extend or change the dates of an introductory offer, returners offer, 4 week pass, 10-class pass, 12 week pass for a holiday or Bank holidays.

We are closed for a short period, over Christmas and new year and also on bank holidays.  Dates cannot be amended or frozen. Full terms and conditions apply for all purchases.

When you sign up to become a member of Eden Hot Yoga, you need to actively opt-in, to receive our newsletter and promotions. You may opt-out at any time, by unsubscribing to any of the emails you receive.  

Promotions and passes, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.  They cannot be frozen or amended.

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.

Sales passes are subjected to availability.  They cannot be extended, frozen or amended.  Eden Hot yoga has the right to remove or change the pass without notice.
