This workshop is designed to awaken your intuitive presence and refine your hands on teaching skills. Intuitive Touch, Bringing the Practice Alive offers a unique blend of physical and energetic alignment tools, grounded in the principles of Ahimsa (non-harming) and respectful, non-invasive guidance. This course is designed for yoga instructors or student yoga teachers looking to enhance their skills in providing precise and effective physical guidance to students during asana practice.

Meet Your Instructor
The course will be led by Terrie Louise, a highly experienced yoga instructor with expertise in hands-on assists and adjustments and a passion for facilitating deep learning and growth in yoga practitioners.
Certification
Participants who complete this CPD workshop will receive a certificate of completion, recognising their advanced training in hands-on assists and adjustments in yoga practice.
Duration
This CPD course on intuitive Hands-On Assists and Adjustments Workshop consists of 10 in person training hours.
