In a mindfulness and relaxation class, expect guided exercises to cultivate present moment awareness, reduce stress, and promote relaxation, through techniques like deep breathing, meditation and body scans.

What to Expect

In our busy lives it’s more important than ever to find stillness, enabling yourself to give permission to feel that space, pause and reset, bringing balance mentally, physically and emotionally. Quietening our internal chatter can be tricky but with guidance off our mindfulness coach it is possible, when you begin to connect with the stillness and pause, the inner peace changes not only within but also within all around us too.
