Some yoga experience maybe beneficial
Get ready to ignite your body and soul with this liberating class! Flow freely through creative sequences that will awaken and stimulate you both physically and mentally. We won't hold the postures for long but you will leave the class feeling rejuvenated, energised and very sweaty indeed.
What to Expect
In an online yoga class, you can expect a variety of elements typically found in a traditional in-person yoga class, adapted for the online format. Welcome and Introduction: The instructor will often begin by welcoming participants to the class and providing any necessary instructions or announcements.
