Self Love Self Acceptance

A COSIER WAY TO PRACTICE YOGA Hygge ~ cosy, contented mood evoked by comfort and conviviality. Hygge is all about an atmosphere and experience, And this is exactly what we intend to create on this Hygge Retreat Day. A feeling of cosiness, comfort and of being at of home in your body, mind and heart. Hygge and yoga are natural partners. Hygge having the concept of getting cosy, comfortable and relaxed; focussing on what is important, noticing the simple things and being grateful for what you have. The yoga principles of self-love and gratitude are also foundations of hygge. So practicing yoga inspired by all things hygge makes for a perfect combination.
