This Hygge Retreat Day is designed to evoke exactly that feeling. Hygge and yoga are natural partners, both encouraging us to slow down, focus on what matters, notice life’s simple pleasures, and cultivate gratitude. With yoga principles of self-love and appreciation at its core, this day blends mindful movement, reflection, and nourishing food into a truly comforting experience.
Your day will include yoga, breathwork, meditation, self-reflection with intention setting, journaling, a delicious lunch, optional woodland walk, cake and reflection, and refreshments throughout the day.
Event Venue
The retreat will be held at Lea Marston Hotel in Sutton Coldfield, B76 0BY. The warm, welcoming atmosphere makes it the perfect place to immerse yourself in the spirit of hygge. During the day, you will enjoy cosy indoor spaces for yoga, journaling, and reflection, with the option to explore the surrounding woodland on a guided walk.
