Embrace the Summer Solstice with A Yoga Day Retreat.
Join us at The Nook, for a day of all things yoga, ending with an enchanting Serene Sound bath with Michael from Alchemy Sounds, we will have sessions in the yurt surround by nature, and indoors in the calming studio space, delicious homemade food and outdoor walks. This retreat is your chance to step away from it all, to be looked after from the minute you arrive to the final goodbye, and allow yourself a much needed break away from the fast pace of real life even just for one day.

WHAT TO BRING
~ Yoga mat (don’t worry if you don’t have one just let us know and we'll provide one for you)
~ Any yoga equipment like blocks or strap.
~ A bolster if you have one, if not a pillow will be great.
~ Plenty of layers/blanket so that you stay warm during relaxation.
~ Water bottle
~ Rucksack or alternative for walks.
~ Waterproofs depending on the weather.
~ Walking boots or suitable alternatives.
~ Plastic bag for muddy boots.
