Yoga Teacher Training 200hr Course – Terms & Conditions

 Course deposits, cancellations & refunds

* By applying for a place on the course, you confirm that you agree to Eden Yoga Teaching Academy's 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Terms & Conditions as set out here.
* A non-refundable £350 deposit applies to all course bookings (including Early Bird bookings) to reserve a place. Your booking can only be confirmed once the deposit payment is made in full.
* Before 10 weeks before the advertised start date of the course, if you cancel your place we will provide a refund, less the non-refundable deposit of £350.
* If you cancel your place 6 weeks or less before the advertised start date of the course, we are unable to offer you a refund.
* If you decide to leave once the course has started, we are unable to offer you a refund or defer your place.
* In the event of serious injury or illness, we will do our utmost to support you and agree on the best way for you to continue the course. It may be possible for you to attend sessions and either modify poses or simply observe the asana elements. If after a full medical consultation, you are unable to continue the course, we will defer the remaining sessions to a future course intake if possible. We are unable to offer a full or partial refund.
* All course cancellations and refunds must be requested in writing, by email to edenyogattc@outlook.com
* In the event of extenuating circumstances, including low student uptake, Eden Yoga reserves the right to cancel the course at any time. If the course is cancelled before the advertised start date, the course may be rescheduled with new dates. If you are unable to attend the new dates a full refund will be provided.
* If we cancel a course part-way through, we will re-schedule the remaining sessions. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled dates, a pro-rata refund will be made, or you may defer sessions to a future course intake.
Attendance & Attainment
* If you are unable to attend a session you must contact the course leader at the earliest possible opportunity. We will endeavour to organise and deliver an alternative learning and/or assessment method. This is at our discretion and will incur an additional charge. This charge could be shared with others.
* A minimum 100% attendance, plus satisfactory course attainment, is required before your course certificate can be awarded.
