Course overview
This Teaching Immersion into Yin Yoga creates space to explore the practice and experience of yin yoga and strongly emphasises teaching skills so that you are confident in your ability to deliver this practice skillfully to your students.
Yin Yoga is a subtle and quiet practice and is a great complementary yoga practice to the more dynamic and invigorating yoga styles that are predominant today.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
In this Immersion, we will explore Yin Sequencing, Understanding the use of props and modifications in teaching Yin, Deeper teaching skills of language usage and holding space, The history and concepts of Yin Yoga, Chinese Meridian Theory, exploring fascia and skeletal variations in Yin, and Meditation practices.
The course includes a mixture of experiential Yin Practice, lectures, group discussions and teaching practice exercises, ensuring you go away armed with everything you need to teach this wonderful and hugely popular style of yoga.
Each day will include experiential Yin Practice as well as Meditation Practices. You will be encouraged to start your daily Meditation practice during the course and to make personal diary notes of your meditation.

Participants who complete this course will be a qualified Yin Yoga Teacher accredited with Yoga Alliance

This Yin Yoga TTC - Will consist of 50 hours
4 full days of contact hours
8 hours assignments, lesson planning
4 hours practical classes
