This class is recommended for beginner, intermediate and advanced yogis. This is a traditional slow moving flow that releases tension throughout your entire body and mind. Every deep inhale creates more space. Every deep exhale moves you right into that new space. The deeper you breathe, the more opens up. Open to Everyone. You will sweat (not as much as Strong or Energise). You will leave with a big sense of ease in your body and mind. Make sure to look both ways before you cross the street!
