Yoga

Open to all levels and abilities

This steady, mindful practice will help you feel both empowered and connected to yourself. This class is designed to help build strength, stability, and suppleness throughout your entire body. The breath is used as an anchor into the present moment so not only will you strengthen your physical body but you can expect to build mental strength too.

Yoga Flow

Some yoga experience needed

Get ready to ignite your body and soul with this liberating class! Flow freely through creative sequences that will awaken and stimulate you both physically and mentally. We won't hold the postures for long but you will leave the class feeling rejuvenated, energised and very sweaty indeed.

Yoga Relax

Open to all levels and abilities

In this class, you'll activate your body's relaxation response that is essential for physical and mental wellbeing. As we move through restorative poses with longer holds and soft stretches, props like bolsters or blocks will be available to provide added support when needed. From standing postures to those on the ground, prepare yourself for a tranquil journey into peace and serenity!

Yoga Fusion

Open to all levels and abilities

Following the Taoist concept of Yin and Yang (bringing together 2 complete opposites that are complimentary to one another), Fusion is a class that blends dynamic movement with passive holds to create balance and harmony in the body, mind and spirit!

 

The combination of energising and strengthening poses with the more introspective nature of our relax classes makes for a well rounded practise; expect to feel both worked and rested!

Light up your body and build deep core strength with Pilates!

In Pilates, core is key — you’ll ignite your powerhouse each class with sculpting workouts that will tone your muscles and deliver a body-shaking burn. This class will leave you standing taller, feeling stronger, and moving more confidently in your body.

Policy 

The Cancellation policy applies to In-person and Online classes. Classes booked online can be cancelled 24 hours in advance to qualify for amendment or refund.  

When booking online, you are agreeing to our full terms and conditions. 

Our Classes start on time. Please arrive early. Late comers will not be permitted as it disrupts the class. Please read our full T's & C's before booking a class.
