Strong  

 

Open to everyone 

These classes focus on a Hatha style of yoga, that enables you to build strength, balance and flexibility evenly in the body while resting the focus calmly on the breath.
This is slower paced than an Energise or Fusion style of class, moving through both simple and challenging postures with ease, allowing you to accomplish those “hard” poses easily and efficiently, leaving space for the mind to be calm, centred and focussed.

You will sweat.
You will get a work out and and work in.
You will leave empowered and focused. 

Fusion

Open to intermediate and advanced practitioners - but taught in an inclusive way, therefore if you’re new or a beginner and this class works for your schedule, we’ll make it work for you.

This class will offer you the dynamic energy of our Energise classes by moving breath by breath, creating heat and building an internal fire, alongside strong and grounding postures that you may find in our Strong classes enabling you to create stability and strength. Moving with awareness of alignment and a clear focus on stilling the mental chatter and remaining present during this moving meditation. 

A class aimed at a progressive style of practice enabling regular practitioners to work on arm balances and different transitions - it’s dynamic from start to end.

You will leave feeling both energised and grounded - ready for just about anything.

Energise 

Recommended for those with some knowledge of the postures. 

These classes are based on a Vinyasa style of yoga, fast paced and designed to invigorate the body and mind while resting the attention calmly on the breath, creating an awakened and energised state. Moving breath by breath this class will allow you to switch off and tune in. This class is best for students who have some understanding of the poses to move in and out with the flow of the class.

You will feel revitalised and energised.
This is a full body, mind and soul experience.

Gentle Vinyasa

Open to everyone.  Warm class. 

These classes explore the foundations of Vinyasa, with this gentle approach designed to help you practice the basics while building heat.  You will gradually grow into each posture and explore modified versions of poses such as Chaturanga dandasana, urdhva mukha svanasana and warrior, which allow you to experience alignment in each pose at an intuitive level. 

Restorative Yin 

Open to everyone

Hot restorative Yin is a meditative practice that will restore and rejuvenate your mind and body. Yin Yoga moves through supported stretching postures, mainly seated but can include some standing poses, they are are held for long periods of time working on deeper connective tissues including joints and ligaments, helping to increase flexibility and find stillness in your practice. A perfect way to end the day.

A time to completely let go.

Relax and Restore 

Open to everyone

This class is a gentle moving and relaxing flow that releases tension throughout your entire body and mind. Every deep inhale creates more space. Every deep exhale moves you right into that new space. The deeper you breath, the more opens up. 

You will leave with a big sense of ease in your body and mind.

 

ONLINE HOME-BASED CLASSES

Rise & Shine Morning Yoga

Open to everyone

Rise & Shine morning yoga is designed to wake up your body and mind for the day ahead. Flowing from one pose to the next using our body and stillness for the mind.  Leaving you feeling ready for the day ahead.   45 minute class.

Yin 

Open to everyone 

Yin is a meditative practice, that will restore and rejuvenate your mind and body. Yin Yoga moves through supported stretching postures, mainly seated but can include some standing, they are held for long periods of time working on deeper connective tissues, including joints and ligaments, helping to increase flexibility and find stillness in your practice. A perfect way to end the day.

Flow 

Open to everybody but some experience will be beneficial. 

These classes allow you to flow freely through different poses, designed to invigorate the body and mind while resting the attention calmly on the breath, creating an awakened and energised state. Moving breath by breath, this class will allow you to switch off and tune in.

You will feel revitalised and energised.
This is a full body, mind and soul experience.

Gentle Flow 

Open to everyone 

 

This class will allow you to flow gently through different poses, designed to let you soften into new space, moving breath by breath, with a time at the start and end, for some stillness and meditation. 

You will feel relaxed and released.
