Aerial Yoga 

Aerial yoga is a full body workout, it is particularly good for improving upper body and core strength. It allows you to get the benefits of a more traditional yoga class, but with the use of the hammock we are able to get deeper into poses & in inversions, the hammock completely supports our weight, allowing the spine to decompress. Classes are suitable for beginners, you do not need to have any previous yoga experience.
